You can pay for our services through the ERIP system, at any place and time, at a bank service point convenient for you – Internet banking, using mobile banking, an information kiosk, bank cash desk, ATM etc.
You can make a payment using cash, electronic money, and bank payment cards at the bank service points that provide payment services, as well as through remote banking tools.
How to make a payment:
If you make a payment at the bank’s cash desk, please inform the cashier about the need to make a payment through the ERIP system.
Refunds for cancellations are not possible.
7. You must implement only full payment. After successful payment, you will automatically receive a notification by e-mail indicated while booking. We strongly recommend you to save card checks, this is your confirmation of payment and can be useful in case of a dispute
8. Please note that we do not charge additional fees for transferring money from a card account. For possible fees for the currency conversions contact your bank.

The guest cancels the reservation on his own by clicking on the “Cancel reservation” link in the voucher, or by notifying the hotel about cancellation of his reservation by a letter sent to the hotel’s official email address – email@example.com Refunds to the card occur within 20 days.
A cancellation request is considered as a document only in written form. The hotel is not responsible for cancellations made by word.
