Payment through the ERIP system

You can pay for our services through the ERIP system, at any place and time, at a bank service point convenient for you – Internet banking, using mobile banking, an information kiosk, bank cash desk, ATM etc.


You can make a payment using cash, electronic money, and bank payment cards at the bank service points that provide payment services, as well as through remote banking tools.

How to make a payment:

  1. Select ERIP System – Tourism and Leisure – Hotels, Hostels – Minsk International Educational Center named after  Johannes Rau (IBB Minsk) – Rental of premises and Hotel services
  2. To pay for “Service”, enter the Order Number that you received on the site
  3. Check if the information is correct
  4. Make a payment.

If you make a payment at the bank’s cash desk, please inform the cashier about the need to make a payment through the ERIP system.

Refunds for cancellations are not possible.

How to pay by card

  1. Payment by credit card through the reservation system is made around the clock.
  2. Fill out the reservation form: select the dates of arrival you are interested in, the category of the room, and then click the “Book” button. Next, fill in all the required fields.
  3. Before entering data on residents, carefully check the previously entered data.
  4. After confirming the order, you will be asked to pay for your stay. Bank card payments are made through the bePaid electronic payment system. The payment page of the system meets all the requirements for data transfer security (PCI DSS Level 1). All confidential data is stored in an encrypted form and is most resistant to hacking.
  5. After clicking the “Pay” button, you will be redirected to a special secure payment page of the bePaid processing system. The payment page will indicate the order number and payment amount. To pay, you need to enter your card details and confirm the payment by clicking the “Pay” button. If your card supports 3-D Secure technology, you will be asked to go through the standard one-minute verification procedure for the card holder on your bank’s website (the bank that issued your card). We accept payments with the following credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Belkart.
  6. After payment, our manager will contact you with the method you specified to clarify the details of the reservation.

7.  You must implement only full payment. After successful payment, you will automatically receive a notification by e-mail indicated while booking. We strongly recommend you to save card checks, this is your confirmation of payment and can be useful in case of a dispute

8. Please note that we do not charge additional fees for transferring money from a card account. For possible fees for the currency conversions contact your bank.

10. Cancellation:

  • for standard guaranteed bookings: cancellation of the reservation no later than 1 day before the date of arrival is made without fee;
  • for non-refundable tariffs: free cancellation is not possible. In case of cancellation, full reservation price will be charged.

The guest cancels the reservation on his own by clicking on the “Cancel reservation” link in the voucher, or by notifying the hotel about cancellation of his reservation by a letter sent to the hotel’s official email address – Refunds to the card occur within 20 days.

A cancellation request is considered as a document only in written form. The hotel is not responsible for cancellations made by word.
