We will help you to choose the adequate room; we will organize in our restaurant meals for the participants of your event - whether it is a coffee break, lunch, gala dinner or buffet. And all this in accordance with your wishes and possibilities! If on the desired date all facilities in our conference center are occupied, we will help you to organize the event in your area – we will deliver to you furniture, necessary equipment, and will arrange meals.

In recent years, the IBB executives and employees have made great efforts to align its activities in accordance with nowadays environmental requirements. For this purpose, for example, since 2008 we do not use plastic cups and spoons during any event at our conference center.
