Johannes Rau International Centre for Education and Exchange is a Belarusian-German joint venture, which’s activity is aimed at development of partnership for creating a united Europe without borders. This fundamental idea is also reflected in the management structure.
The supreme body is the board of founders, which defines the strategy of the educational center, as well as the framework conditions of financial and economic policies. The board of founders consists of three representatives each of the Belarusian and German sides. The current members of the General Meeting associates are:

The current board of directors is also based on an equal footing. The directors of IBB are:

Both directors are the leaders of IBB, they are equal in their authorities, working and taking all important decisions together. The directors also manage the educational activities of IBB Minsk, which is coordinated by the assistant on educational programs Olga Pcholkina and assistants responsible for various educational activities.
The conference centre, the restaurant «Westfalia» and the IBB hotel are the structural departments of IBB Minsk, which are run by the following managers:

Currently, IBB Minsk has 86 qualified employees. Many of them speak German or other foreign languages. Together they try to provide to our guests and clients top-level service.
